No health insurance accepted. 99% of patients are auto-accident victims.
We’re a busy outpatient clinic in the Phoenix metro treating personal injury and workers’ compensation patients. We’re part of an integrated multi-specialty network, so you have imaging, diagnostics, and specialist support available when a case needs it. Treatment follows the patient’s clinical presentation and findings, not what a health insurance plan will approve.
Schedule
Patient hours are Monday–Friday 9:00–6:00 and Saturday 9:00–4:00. You will only work 5 days per week.

What you’ll do
Initial and follow-up injury evaluations, including the following when clinically appropriate: referrals to other providers, ordering advanced imaging, prescribing medications, and trigger point injections. You’ll have MA and front office support handling rooming, intake, and records.

What we’re looking for
- Active Arizona PA license, or license-eligible.
- NCCPA certification.
- DEA registration or eligibility.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Charting and reporting are in English.
- Comfortable with musculoskeletal injury assessment and detailed charting.
- Good team leader. Friendly with staff and patients.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
We have a supervising physician in place, so PAs at any stage of licensure are welcome to apply. Certification for collaborative practice is a plus, not a requirement. New grads comfortable with musculoskeletal injuries are welcome to apply. Personal injury, occupational medicine, or workers’ comp experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
Compensation and benefits
- $165,000 – $175,000 base, depending on experience
- Health insurance benefits
- Paid time off from day one, plus paid holidays
- Training and development
- Malpractice coverage provided
- Arizona license and DEA renewal reimbursed
Why this practice
This is a growing practice with real infrastructure behind it. You’ll have support staff, defined workflows, and leadership that listens when you have suggestions. Your time goes to patient care rather than administrative cleanup.
