Job Summary

Join our team! We’re looking for an energetic, bilingual Medical Assistant who enjoys working directly with patients in a busy, team-oriented clinic. This is an immediate opening at our Union Hills location.

Pay:  $22.00–$23.00 / hour, depending on experience

Location:  4045 E Union Hills Dr. #A107, Phoenix, AZ 85050

Schedule:  Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays

What you’ll do

•    Prepare for each patient visit — pull charts and notes, and set up rooms and medical equipment

•    Room patients, take vitals, and assist the provider with basic care and procedures

•    Administer injections under provider supervision (training and support provided if you’re newer to this)

•    Answer calls, gather the reason for the visit, and relay provider instructions

•    Track labs and tests, submit and follow up on referrals, and keep patients informed on next steps

•    Manage medical supply inventory and reordering

•    Clean and prepare instruments, equipment, and rooms between patients

What we’re looking for

•    Certified Medical Assistant (required)

•    Bilingual in English and Spanish

•    Strong customer service skills and a positive, patient-first attitude

•    Attention to detail and solid organization
